What We Collect
We only collect information you actively provide — for example through our contact form or when booking a discovery call:

  • Name and email address

  • Company name

  • Your message or request

Why We Collect It

  • To respond to your inquiry

  • To schedule and conduct a discovery call

  • To deliver our services if you become a client

 

Tools We Use
To deliver our services, we work with the following platforms that may process data on our behalf: Klaviyo, Shopify, Notion, Slack, Monday.com, and other project-related tools. We have or will establish data processing agreements with these parties where required.

 How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Contact and call inquiries: up to 12 months after last contact

  • Client data: 7 years (legal financial retention requirement)

 

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@scalingflow.nl. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

 

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
